A research study involving 2,385 professional non-management engineers was conducted to isolate and quantify the “Engineer Personality.” The study finds that engineering is truly unique among the professional staffs. You will find this study useful if you have dealings with individual engineers or engineering groups. lt is also relevant if you are engaged in STEM initiatives or if you are involved in development programs for engineers.
