Has anyone considered submitting a research proposal to the Human Brain Project? There is quite a lot of money up for grabs and PCT would fit well into the "Cognitive Architectures" sub-project, https://www.humanbrainproject.eu/cognitive-architectures.
The deadline is November the 6th, https://www.humanbrainproject.eu/participate/competitive-calls-programme. I think participants may have to be European legal entities.

Hi Rupert, neuroscientists into PCT are pretty thin on the ground, and the only one I know currently active is Henry Yin in the USA. It is the kind of area I want to get into but I don't have the background to succeed in this kind of application right now... Anyone know any European neuroscientists into PCT?
