Anyway, I will be holding a press conference on this tomorrow (April 2, no foolin') where I will also announce my new found love for the Republican Party and my intention to support whoever the party nominates -- they all believe in the things: that abortion should be illegal, that lowering taxes on the rich is way to prosperity, that the free-market is the best way to provide healthcare and education , that everyone should have guns and carry them everywhere, that human caused global warming is a hoax and, best of all, that money is speech and corporations are people. It's just that some of them are more tactful about it than others. But they will all do the things that will "Make Americka Grate Again".

RM: No more foolin’ today;-) It seems to me that the impossible choice is only for Republicans, who have to chose between bad (Kasich), worse (Trump) and awful (Cruz). And that choice will be made before November. The choice in November will be easy; The worst Democrat (Clinton) is better than the best Republican (sort of an oxymoron but there must be a best of the worst) any day.

RM: Yes, indeed. When it aappears that some event (a stimulus) causes a responses what is being missed – the more here than meets the eye – is (drum roll) … the controlled variable. The people who “responded” were controlling a variable to which Bruce’s post was a disturbance; there were different responses to the same stimulus because the variable controlled by the different responders was different so the disturbance had different effects on each that required a different compensating response. Those who didn’t respond were no controlling a variable to which Bruce’s comment was a disturbance.Â
