the first issue of JPCT is on the net.
JPCT.Journal on perceptual control theory, ISSN 1437-9325.

Our intention was to make an electronic journal whih should be
readable _ONLINE_. However, two articles are available only as
documents formatted for printing, reading those articles online
is not very comfortable.
This first issue is far away from beeing perfect. We are just
learning how to publish a journal. So, please don't hesitate to
report bugs, curiosities and absurdities...
AND, PLEASE, don't hesitate to contribute articles for the second
issue!!
