I just spent some time with Kenny on Skype. He mentioned no longer receiving CSGNET messages and can't figure out how to sign up. Can someone point me to the sign up instructions? I will pass them along to Kenny.

I received an email this morning informing me that Kenny Kitzke passed away this past May. He died on a Sunday morning (May 16th) which I am sure would have pleased him.
