Keynote Speech by MM Lee at LKY School.pdf (application/pdf Object)

From Bill Powers (2008.09.21)

By accident, I tuned in to CNN when an interview with Lee Kuan Kew was taking place. This man is the most impressive person I have yet come across. He speaks English perfectly, creatively, with the merest suggestion of a Chinese accent. Having heard him in a live interview, I can verify that he himself most probably wrote the speech linked below. This man clearly operates at the system concept level. I believe he is a former Prime Minister of Singapore; now his title is Ministor Mentor, and he is certainly that.

I think that in his studies of world public policy at his new School, he needs to add studies of human conflict and conflict resolution. Some of us ought to make plans to get in touch with him.
