I shall be away for about 10 days starting about now, back for 3 weeks during which I expect to be busy preparing for a meeting, and then away until mid-November. So please don't interpret my prolonged silence as a departure from CSGnet related to anything recently discussed. If these threads, or rather the underlying ideas, still seem to me to be relevant, expect some contribution from me around then end of November (if I can restrain myself from letting CSGnet interfere with what I ought to be doing in the first part of October
