Purpose: To add a bit of info to my last post on the Model I behavioral
model from Action Science

An HPCT interpretation from me: Values ( i.e higher level goals, from
the
principle or system levels perhaps? ) and Assumptions ( inferences from
say,
the program level, perhaps? ) provide the action strategies ( dealing
with
error signals in the hierarchy, perhaps? )
Argryis thinks of "Action Strategies" as behavior that indentifies and
corrects error.
