More Closed Loop

I found a relatively painless way to convert my PageMaker files from 2001 to InDesign files with the single page format. So all 15 Closed Loop issues are now available as single-page, more readable versions. Zip file, 3.2 MB.

I suppose few oldtimers are interested, but think this is important for future PCTers.
