Well, I don't know how to say that I am confident that my
thesis dissertation will be accepted with minor change.
The external corrector in this case is mr, Gary Boyd
He is professor at Concordia University in EDU TECH.
It is good news for advancement of PCT, because there is a large
part of the dissertation devoted to it.
Without the help of Bill Powers, Mr. Marken, and all other
contributor, I wouldn't have done it this way. It would have be
more difficult for me.
