I have just uploaded an updated and expanded version of the Book of
Readings, the pdf version.

I will appreciate any reactions, nitpicks, corrections by Thursday of
this week.
That is when I expect to upload the book versions to my printer.
Paperback and hardcover.

Hi Dag, how about a summary of contents on the web page in html so that people can see what the book includes before downloading the whole (large) PDF?

I have now been through the Book of Readings, pdf version, as well as the
printed version several passes.
Uploaded again, tweaked the web pages, and have hopefully taken care of
Warren’s desire for a preview.
