I was poking around the web in relation to PCT and came across this:
http://challenge.bfi.org/application_summary/987
Anyone know anything about this?

I don’t know. I came across it yesterday. I tried to register to gain further access but their site is having problems. I assume Bill submitted at some point. The deadline for submissions this year was in early April so I assume it was submitted some time before then.

Probably not Bill. The “BUMP IT UP” SLOGAN OVERLAYING ONE OF THE CHARTS COMES FROM A VERY NICE MAN WHO SPOKE AT A CSG CONFERENCE ABOUT HIS WORK WITH PRISONERS.
I should mention (or maybe not) that especially now, I am concerned about the proliferation of copyrighted material that floats around so freely. Especially when it is embellished or just plain incorrect.
Respectfully,
Alice McElhone
