I sent this yesterday morning but it never made it through. I’m trying again today.
Attached is the original version of “PCT for Beginners” that Bill asked me to edit. I have done some formatting, added Bill’s copyright, deleted some extra spaces and a couple of unnecessary commas but, otherwise, it is the original. I think it a worthy addition to Bill’s writings and he would be delighted to have list members read it.
