I’ll take Rick at his word. A review of B:CP is good enough for a discussion.
I say PCT is fully explained in the Appendix of B:CP starting on page 273
The large majority of the content of B:CP explains HPCT and is a vision of how PCT should be specifically implemented.
PCT and HPCT are TWO different animals.
Please explain to me Rick why differing ideas about how each of the functions in PCT could not be structured and implemented differently given the constraints by Bill in the appendix.
A different view might certainly be ??CT, but it could ALSO be PCT.
What is more important to you, being right or GETTING it right?
I think I already know the answer to this one.
