It looks promising, but how about adding a top-level folder for
contributed public domain software for PCT demos, running
experiments, data analysis, model fitting, etc.? Some entries
could be links, such as to Marken’s demos, others could be source
code or executables.

Dag
is having some problems with posing on CSGnet, I’m
forwarding this message from him.
DF: Rick, would you like to take charge of the NEWS page at iapct.org?
Given that I missed your request to post this I would think I’d be the last person you would want to have be responsible for posting news about PCT. So I’ll save you from a hiring error by demurring on the news page;-)

Adam, if this does not post in a few hours, please forward
again.
Being Public, the web page should feature the ftp address, a user name
and password so anyone can edit the web page and with full access to the
subsidiary folder “Files” and the ability to create additional
subdirectories under it for the items you suggest. (I already provide
links).
Being public, this page and files will be vulnerable, but that should not
be an argument for not doing it. Contributors can download the entire
public section from time to time so it can be restored if some gets
deleted by accident.
I do not yet know if this will work, but suspect it does. Can set this up
in a few days.
How does this interpretation square with your vision? Other
ideas?
