I have read the posts on this topic with my eye towards
some resolution but I have not obtained one or (and this
could clearly be the case!) I do not understand what was
being done with the various simulations of ecoli. My
question is: Does the simulation based on TRT replicate
(or reproduce) the movements of ecoli equally as well as
the simulation based on PCT? If the answer is yes, then
what is the rationale for that? If no, then why not? If
DK, then what must be done with the simulations to make
a reasonable decision on the matter? OR HAVE I JUST SIMPLY
MISUNDERSTOOD THE ENTIRE EXERCISE OF EXAMINING THESE
SIMULATIONS?? Perhaps this would be another candidate for
a paper to submit to IJHC.
