This month’s issue of ISPI’s PerformanceXpress is out and the title of the Knowledge Workers’ Column is “Performance Control Theory.” Here’s a link: https://tinyurl.com/y9vjta3a As you can no doubt guess, Performance Control Theory is tied to Perceptual Control Theory.
