WRONG!!!!!!
The US Census Bureau changed and _LOWERED_ the income limits in _1999_. This
of course had the _effect_ of increasing the 'poor' population without
really changing a damn thing. It seems Bush inherited a number of things
from the Clinton administration that certain groups seem to want to pin on
Bush. Things like the recession, the war with the Islamofascists, and
'poverty'.
I don't love Bush, but as a Vietnam vet I wouldn't vote for Kerry on a bet.
No, I don't care how many medals he gave himself. When he came home and
testified before the Senate sub-committee and told all those _lies_, he
endangered the lives of every POW and made _my_ life extremely difficult
when I came home and I attempted to go back to school . Many students
thought I was some doped crazed baby killer. I couldn't stand the BS and
dropped out after one semester.
Rick, you are one _lousy_ social scientist. Do you do this kind of work in
your Rand research?
