For some reason I can't open Steve Balke's diagrams. I keep getting an
error message from Windows' Image Composer saying that it is unsupported or
corrupted. It also has an interesting Japanese/Chinese character in front
of the .gif name.
Ideas anyone? I'm obviously not controlling for the necessary perceptions.
