When I post to CSGNET, the copy I receive back from the list is always headed:
[This sender failed our fraud detection checks and may not be who they appear to be. Learn about spoofing at http://aka.ms/LearnAboutSpoofing]
No-one else's messages are so headed. Are other people seeing this, or is it a problem at my end?
I've sent two messages today, but I've only received the second one back. The first one began:

I’ve received both of your messages (and this third). Neither was
headed as below.
Also when I send a message to csgnet I don't get a copy or
confirmation message back. Are you subscribed with two different
email addresses?

When I had similar problems (actually being blocked rather than
being warned), the answer was for Rick to get the guru to
whitelist my mailing address. Your symptom is different, but it
might have the same solution.

I may be facing the same problem of possibly having some messages blocked. On Friday (2017.11.11 9:25 pm EST) I sent a message to csgnet titled “Popularizing PCT on Facebook”. Was it received by any of you (or others on the csgnet)??? Please let me know if you received it or not.

For what it’s worth I received it – and, obviously, this one. However, I received the popularizing email on Saturday, not Friday.
