<I was looking forward to...Kenny Kitzke's explanation of how he reconciles
PCT with his recommendation that clients use praise to increase
productivity. What happened to these threads? I hope they're
not dropped; they seem pretty important.>
Perceptions of certain things going on in my environment and my body are
creating such large errors for me that my behavior has turned away from
this topic and our discussion. I do think it is important; even
revolutionary.
I perceive it will change many management practices which will allow a
voluntary and beneficial change in relationships and results. Everyone in
this system of management (purposive praise) should be better able to
control their perceptual variables closer to their own reference levels.
I have not abandoned the discussion. It is most valuable to me and one or
two clients in October as we discuss their compensation, benefits and
rewards and recognition systems. Please be patient with me. I have some
doctor's appointments I must conclude before posting about this. But, as
soon as I can, I will---at least that is my intention now.
