I sure wish I could better understand what you are saying.

I think I understand these sentences: What I call the hierarchy of
perceptions is the model. It’s the world we experience.

At the higher levels, category and higher, maybe language is the modeling
language that we use to generate experiences of the world.

An utterance from another person evokes some experiences within us, which
we combine and integrate in a way that makes sense. We never really have

access to the world of experience of the speaker. We paraphrase what we
heard, which results in an experience in the speaker of the utterance. If
the

match of the experience based on our paraphrase and the experience the
speaker intended to communicate is close enough, the communication
was

effective.
