Your Reflections Exercise seems like a good tool for familiarizing people with the Target Model and PCT. I just got around to reading it and it looks fine. You are an outstanding teacher!
One small suggestion: Under your diagram of Example 1 where you show “Perceived State (Items in the Basket)” you might write instead “Perceived State (Items Obtained)”, since on the diagram you also mention “Return home”, and when returning home the items would not be in the basket.
