Reference...not perception

[From Bill Powers (2001.02.14.2017 MST)]

I received this request from Shelley Roy (of IAACT), and am totally
stumped. I don't recall having written anything for the Engineering
Management Journal (if that's what the abbreviation means). It may be that
someone else wrote the paper she's thinking of, or that I am having
terminal amnesia. Can anyone help?

Best,

Bill P.

Bill,
I am trying to finish a paper for a degree program Right now I'm
controlling for the perception that I'm almost done. In general the
paper is about integrating what we know about adult learners and brain
research into teaching PCT. I have already had Lloyd read through and
advise and revise the literature review in the section on PCT. What I
do need however is a title of an article you wrote for the the ENG. Mng
Journal. I only have part of the reference. It was Vol. 7 No. March
1995 p.25. I can't seem to locate a copy of the original article. I think
you have it in one of the collected articles books you have. Any help
you could give me would be greatly appreciated.

It may be Engineering and Mining Journal, and there's more than one
(so-called) William Powers out there.
