Came across a useful Web address: the Intersomething email marketing
council, at www.iemmc.org. At the bottom of their page click on the link to
the removal procedure. When that page comes up, enter your email address.
You will later receive a message containing a validation code ("token"),
which you enter on the page www.iemmc.org/validate. Your address is then
removed from all marketing lists of members of this association. Note, Gary
Cziko -- maybe you can get CSGnet removed from the list by doing this as
Webmaster.
Not all spammers are members, but this could help.
