Still Spontefacting

[From Rick Marken (960203.1145)]

Bruce Abbott (960203.1410 EST) --

Bruce:

Does the environment control behavior?

Me:

No. Nor does it select behavior.

Bruce:

Don't you want to reconsider? Remember, "control" now means "to influence."

I called it! Hopefully you already have my reconsideration.

Me:

Do organisms spontefact the environment?

Bruce:

No. Only spontefaction systems spontefact, and what they spontefact is only
their perceptions of the states of the environmental variables, not the
environmental variables themselves. Organisms contain spontefaction
systems, but only their spontefaction systems spontefact.

Excellent. A little pretentious, perhaps, but certainly correct.

Now, let's try this:

Is it possible for an observer to determine what a living spontefaction
system is spontefacting?

Best
