Typos: Book of Readings

I am setting out to introduce PCT to service clubs and management groups.

Now practicing a 20 minute talk with a half dozen slides.

My target market is engineers with an interest in management, so I will
highlight Jim Soldani’s papers in my talk. The two papers are included in
the book of readings.

I have just noted that the “before” image is the same as the
“after” image, so I have corrected the online version

and remove the printed book’s availability for a week or so. No big
deal.

While I do that correction, I have an opportunity to correct any other
typos.

Has anyone noted anything that is wrong/awkward and should be
corrected? A link? A typo? A clarification?

This applies to the May 2016 edition. There may well be a new Summer 2018
edition, but that will be a later effort.
