Dear Gary,
I tried your procedure as suggested using the System A kit I obtained from
my internet service. Unfortunately, I became confused and attempted to use
the System B instructions to activate the unsubscribe. After placing the
Cin-Eliminator into position I pressed the green key; when this had no
apparent effect, I tried repeating the procedure several times.
Unfortunately, pressing the green key on the System A kit apparently
reverses the Cin-Eliminator action, and I am now subscribed to CSGnet five
times and am receiving five copies of each post. What should I do now?
