Where can I
   most conveniently order this tome?

I'm reading it right now. I ordered it not too long ago from Amazon.

I really like his book, and am thinking of reading his collection of
papers. Anyone know if this collection is understandable by a lay
person?

Awhile back I read a post which announced that a certain supplier had stock
of Powers' book, Behavior: The Control of Perception. I tried to save that
aside but now that I look for it, no luck. So my new behavior toward
perceiving this book in my personal library is to ask here: Where can I
most conveniently order this tome?
