Four years ago I was working to get the content of The Jurnal of PCT, which Wolfgang Zocher set up back in 1999. Richard Kennaway helped out by sending me five files. I have them posted at http://www.pctresources.com/Journals/Files/Journal_PCT/. I sent a mail to Richard a few hours ago, but figure I should cast a wider net.
(My attempts to contact Wolfgang those four years ago failed. As I recall, there were some 17 Wolfgang Zocher in Germany. The location Wolfgang had set up for the Journal was a rather personal web page, tied to his email account or such. The Wayback machine holds only a sketchy outline, no documents.)
Turns out that those five files are not the whole story.
Frans Plooij is working on a chapter for LCS IV and is referencing

I have looked at my folder from the CSG conference at Schloss Kr�chlendorff in 1998 and find a single page with title and abstract for the first, but no more. It says DRAFT at the bottom.
If anyone reading this message has these articles (and any others), please forward and I will add them to the folder. That will enhance Frans' chapter in LCS IV. It will also add to the range of PCT applications
