PCT and Levels of Control

Hello Fred,

  I am looking for your diagram of the levels. I can't seem to view

images in your document; I use Libre Office. Do you have an image
of your levels diagram you could send me? In an editable format if
possible, or an image file if not. And may I use it in an article
I am writing?
