Social pct and personalities

Here in the following video we see the Stanford beers’ model of cybernetics which can be viewed as a pct control system, here we see it as applied to an organization or a social system.

The five horses type mentioned can be correlated to the five personalities types of the “big five personalities traits” here:

According to these things, our personality can be a function of our position or function within groups.

So a social pct model could give different functions in a group to different types of people as together they would act as a control system seeking to maintain some references.

Stafford Beer, not Stanford Beer.

Yes!, the auto correct changed unbeknownst to me

I don’t see how the video is especially relevant to PCT. Please explain.

The various parts of the UMS cybernetics model can be correlated to the various parts of the basic control circuit (input, reference, output, environment, total system).

Like the 4 functions of the control circuit: imagination; Input and output off, automatic mode; input off, passive observation mode; input off and control mode; all on.
In hpct there could be like a 5th and 6th mode since it can connect or not to the lower or higher control systems.
